Our client is seeking a highly experienced and reliable Daily Housekeeper, who has a real eye for details, with a friendly albeit professional demeanor.

NB: Must have own car and drive - will not consider non drivers as property is not accessible by public transport.

This is a high spec property requiring your attention to details, with specialist household cleaning experience and knowledge in the handling of valuable furnishing and household items.

Reporting to the House Manager, your attention to detail and excellent service skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for the family.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Undertake laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Restock supplies and inventory
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining specific areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the House Manager
- Provide F&B table service, set, serve etc when required

Ideal person will have:
- Previous experience in private housekeeping in high end property
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with House Manager and the family

Days - Monday to Friday 9am to 5/6pm. Longer hours when Principal in residence, in return for time off in lieu when family travels.

Salary - £40,000 gross pa, plus statutory holiday entitlement and pension contribution.

Driver - Yes and must have own vehicle.

Must have recent and checkable references, along with a clean DBS or happy to undertake.

Bilingual Hindi PA - London / Global

Our client, an UHNWI requires an experienced bilingual Hindi English speaking Travelling PA, to support them in all personal and professional matters, to start ASAP.

The PA will be an educated, intelligent individual with a highly professional disposition with an awareness of global and cultural matters who in turn, will become an indispensable right hand often representing the Principal on their behalf.

The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to UHNW’s and/or leaders of business, political and heads of state, or dignitaries alike, and must be bilingual Hindi & English at a fluent level.

You will be responsible for managing all the Principal's private and family affairs, including:

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation, itineraries, etc
• Booking appointments, restaurants, car services, personal shopping etc
• Wardrobe management, packing, unpacking
• Act as a liaison between the Principal and various contacts, vendors and suppliers
• Support in the planning of events, dinners, meetings and activities
• Liaise with other family members and children
• Financial and budget management

Requirements:

Daily Nanny - Islington, London

This lovely family in Islington, are seeking a sole charge Nanny for their 2 girls - a 6 month old & 3 year old. Mum is returning back to work in the new year, and would like to have someone start by first week of January.

You will have proven sole charge experience with babies and be knowledgeable about developmental milestones, providing a safe, stimulating and happy environment. Ideal nanny will be confident taking initiative, be energetic and positive, along with reliability and excellent time keeping skills.

All associated childcare duties are required, along with keeping children's areas neat and tidy and do the children's laundry, transport elder child to and from nursery, grocery shop and cook for the children, plan the children's daily schedule, and in any downtime, offer some light tidying up around rest of house.

You will hold a clean driving licence and with experience driving in London, hold a valid first aid qualification and current Enhanced DBS.

We are seeking a Personal Protection Driver with a Royal & Specialist Protections (RaSP’s) background – Elite Police or Armed Forces, with experience providing a high level of Close Protection and Driving.

The role would suit a retired Officer seeking to return to work on part time basis, or an individual who is happy to undertake other jobs around this clients’ requirements.

The Principals require this person to be available for 100 days per annum. Planning of Principal’s visits are scheduled in advance, with sufficient advance warning of your work schedule.

The individual will have sublime planning and driving skills to ensure clients are delivered safely and in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of service and needs are fully met. Full flexibility with your work schedule is required when on duty, which may also require long days including weekends.

P/T Nanny / HK - Camberwell, London

Our clients, a young family, are seeking a confident Nanny with baby & toddler experience to assist Mum with 3 children - 3 yo girl & 3 mth old twin girls - every Tues, Wed & Thursday.

You will help mum with some sole charge care whilst she is out doing nursery run, or running her errands, or spend time with the 3 yo when she is back from Nursery either reading or crafting, so Mum can concentrate on the twins etc.

When children sleeping or Mum is in full charge, take over the general cleaning, laundry, prep some basic kids food or dinner (not a priority but would be helpful).

The family have a relaxed and easygoing environment, and want someone who is fun and engaging, who can come up with some creative activities for the 3 yo, crafting, baking etc.

You will have previous experience working with babies and toddlers offering utmost discretion, trust, reliability and with recent and checkable references, Enhanced DBS clearance and self employed status.

Location: Closest overground train from Victoria taking 9 minutes, is Denmark Hill station on the South London and Catford loop lines and from the station, it is a 10 mins walk. The nearest tube stations to Denmark Hill are Oval, Brixton or Elephant & Castle - from there, you can take a bus to complete your journey.

Days/Hours: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10 - 6.30pm
