Live In Housekeeper - South Kensington, London

Our international client is seeking a professional live-in housekeeper with previous experience working in fully staffed formal households, providing high standards of service.

You will be a team player, reporting to the House Manager, working with one other Housekeeper providing duties as follows:

  • Meticulous cleaning of all rooms, with attention to high-end finishes and handling of antiques, silver, marble, silver, crystal, fine china etc

  • All laundry & garment Care - washing, ironing, steaming, hand-washing fine fabrics (silks, wool, cashmere, lace). In addition, wardrobe management including rotation of seasonal clothing, care of shoes, handbags and accessories, dry cleaning etc.

  • Providing personal assistance to family members as needed (e.g., laying out clothing, running errands).

  • Assist with food preparation or cooking light meals (when the chef is off).

  • Manage stock ordering and inventory. 

  • Report issues such as plumbing, heating, etc and supervise tradespeople and service appointments.

  • Welcome guests and setting tables according to informal or formal events, dinner parties, family gatherings etc.

  • Being available for early morning or late evening requests, within reasonable hours.

  • Providing weekend or holiday cover, with agreed-upon time off.

  • Supporting the home in the absence of principals (e.g., security checks, plant watering).

Salary Package / Hours / Days:

  • Working 10 hour days across 5 days a week including the weekends, with 2 consecutive days off during the week.

  • A generous salary is offered to attract a highly skilled professional Housekeeper upto £70,000 gross pa DOE.

  • Accommodation provided - F/F bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

You will present with a polished appearance and conduct, with an understanding of formal household hierarchy and etiquette, along with absolute discretion regarding family and household affairs.

Personal Protection Officer / Head Driver – Part time - London / UK

We are seeking a Personal Protection Driver with a Royal & Specialist Protections (RaSP’s) background – Elite Police or Armed Forces, with experience providing a high level of Close Protection and Driving.

The role would suit a retired Officer seeking to return to work on part time basis, or an individual who is happy to undertake other jobs around this clients’ requirements.

The Principals require this person to be available for 100 days per annum. Planning of Principal’s visits are scheduled in advance, with sufficient advance warning of your work schedule.

The individual will have sublime planning and driving skills to ensure clients are delivered safely and in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of service and needs are fully met. Full flexibility with your work schedule is required when on duty, which may also require long days including weekends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. Previous driving experience working for VIP/Royal families in a protective role.

  2. Excellent inter-personal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  3. Excellent organisational skills – planning the day ahead and routes

  4. Flexible working approach

  5. Understanding of etiquette, rules and protocol

  6. Uphold the highest levels of professionalism in appearance and conduct

Salary / Hours / Start date:

  1. 100 days per year, flexible hours

  2. Salary £30,000 gross pa , pro-rata statutory holiday entitlements and pension contribution.
