International family are seeking a Chef / Cook for the month of June, to cater family style cooking ie bbqs, fish, salads, summer dishes etc for upto 15 persons - daily breakfast and either lunch, or dinner depending on their daily activities and schedules.

You will devise menu, shop, cook, clean kitchen etc and Housekeeper on hand to assist with setting tables, service, buffet etc.

This will be an informal role as the family are on holidays, however set in a beautiful property in St Georges Hill, with fully equipped kitchen. Would suit someone local to drive to property daily, who knows local suppliers etc.

Live In House Manager / Driver - Weybridge, Surrey

This International family are seeking a formal and experienced Live In House Manager, to oversee the day to day running and operations of this high end mid size property, along with look after the families needs when in residence, including F&B service.

The role also requires a driver who can chauffeur the family in and around London, therefore have excellent knowledge of London roads, quickest routes etc., and be on standby to return the family safely home.

Responsibilities of the role includes, but not limited to:

  • Administration and budget control, producing monthly budgets and account reporting.

  • Revising inventory of the house contents; adding new items, recording movement.

  • Managing and hiring staff, rotas, holidays/time in lieu, cleaning schedule, training as needed.

  • Reviewing/Sourcing maintenance contracts and coordinating schedule with contractors, reviewing reports and booking recommended works.

  • Managing utility bills, liaising with utility providers, submitting readings.

  • Arranging house supplies, checking stock, food shopping, ordering.

  • Putting together annual budget, and send monthly accounts records to relevant people.

  • Provide F&B Service, table dressing and layout, when entertaining 

  • Offer Valet services, packing, unpacking in conjunction with Housekeeper

  • Must have experience driving in, and good knowledge of, London and Greater London roads and routes.

  • Responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of the car clean, service, repairs, insurances, tax etc

 Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience as a House Manager

  • Formal Training/Butler school would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite

  • Must have recent and checkable references, and proven longevity in previous roles

  • Current DBS and Right to Work in UK

Hours/Package:

  • Hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday however required to work longer hours when family are in residence, including occasional weekends.

  • Beautiful modern studio with own entrance onsite (single dwelling only)

  • Salary £60,000 gross pa DOE, statutory entitlements plus pension

  • Start June 2024

Daily Housekeeper/Cook - Southwark, London

Our private clients are looking to hire an experienced housekeeper with confident cooking skills, to be responsible for the upkeep of a 4 bedroom family home.

The role is part time, 4 days a week, from Monday to Thursday 10am - 5pm with some flexibility from time to time.

Duties will include (not limited too): general cleaning of the property, laundry, hoovering, dusting, changing beds, ironing, cooking, pet care, and cleaning of art and antiques etc.

The family has a lot of antiques, therefore candidates who has previous experience with antiques and confident handling and cleaning of same, is preferred.

You will be cooking healthy and tasty family meals for dinner, and also prepare meals in advance for weekends, leave meals in the fridge, freezer, etc.

The role requires a dog lover as the family has 2 dogs and the housekeeper is expected to walk them daily in the local area.

Housekeeper - Bristol, UK

Our client is seeking a professional and proactive domestic housekeeper to manage the day to day cleaning, laundry and admin of this beautiful period home near Clifton Downs.

Duties:
- Walk small cockapoo dog, feed etc. - Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms, kitchen, and utility room etc
- Dust furniture and fixtures, vacuum and mop floors
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Laundry and organise wardrobes, etc.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, fill fridge with basic items and general household purchasing
- Support renovation work planned over next 6 months, oversee contractors, tradesmen etc and report any other maintenance issues or damages to the Principal

Requirements:
- Proactive, positive, reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience as a domestic housekeeper in similar household/property
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina and dog friendly
- Excellent communication and IT skills ie emails, online ordering, whatsapp etc. - Current DBS and Right to Work in UK

PAYE contract with tax and NI paid on behalf of employer, or will consider a Self Employed registered Housekeeper.
