This international family are seeking a live in Cook/Chef, to cook all three meals a day for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children).
You will work 5.5 days / 11 hour daily shifts, with breaks in-between starting for breakfast service and until dinner is served and cleared. Typical days Friday - Wednesday (half day), but candidate should be flexible.
Cuisines desired: Ottolenghi style recipes. Indian cuisine, other Asian (Thai, Chinese, Japanese) as well as fresh soups, salads, a variety of healthy dishes, experience of gluten free/diary free would be preferred. Is used to making lean, fresh food with high nutritional content. Example of ingredients:- Black soba noodles, quinoa, green juices (cold pressed), chicken and salmon Teriyaki, gluten free baking with almond flour and coconut butter etc., healthy gluten alternatives. Using Soy and Almond milk in juices.
Would suit someone energetic, flexible and willing to muck in and help with ordering groceries online and serving the family meals. Will be responsible to keep the kitchen clean. Used to working in a team, as there are other members of staff employed in this household.
