Candidates will be working primarily in the main residence in Highgate, but will be required to occasionally travel to other residences
The Client employs a team of staff, so their home can be maintained to an extremely high standard. The Housekeeper/Nanny will therefore enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and will take serious pride in every aspect of their duties.
Duties include looking after 3 year-old twin boys before and after playschool, general housekeeping duties, including specialist cleaning, to include care for fine arts and antiques, silver and parquet flooring, laundry, shopping, running errands, etc. Although there is a chef employed, the ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks will be advantageous (meals and snacks for the children only)
A flexible, pro-active, well-groomed and well-spoken individual, who is able to greet visitors and serve at table (if necessary), take phone messages, order external services and liaise with contractors would all be advantageous. Must be pet friendly - family has a dog.
It is a key requirement of the role that the candidate must be able to communicate effectively and have an excellent comprehension of the English language, and to live locally if possible to maximise flexibility of work hours.
Occasional babysitting duties will be required. Also a big help if candidates are happy to travel during school holidays.
Working a 5-day week, 45 hours/week. Some weekends will be worked, but prior notice will be given. Must hold up-to-date DBS and First Aid training. Start ASAP. £35k pa DOE neg. Email your resume to email@example.com
