Our client has a beautifully designed, state of the art, beach front property with 5 bedrooms. It is used by the Principals on weekends, in between approximately 10 x week-long rentals to private guests throughout the year.
Primarily the role is to clean and prepare the house ready for the arrival of the Principals on Friday evening, including receiving and unpacking food shopping delivery and if you enjoy cooking, have a light meal ready to heat up (this is not a deal-breaker though, just if you like cooking), and clean up and laundry on a Monday ie change bedding, towels, etc.
Two full days on a Friday and Monday required, but can be negotiable around the Housekeepers availability. If you have additional time, you could take over the rental clean up 10 times per year (at present the rental agent provides a cleaner), but again this is not a deal breaker. Just the 2 days for the Principals is the priority.
This would suit somebody local to the area, who is reliable and trustworthy with checkable references, a current DBS/Police Check (can be organised) and someone who is also child friendly (could offer some babysitting too) and a key holder to the property.
